Maine Junior Champions Named at Fairlawn

POLAND – The Maine Junior Championship wrapped up at Fairlawn GC today, and seven golfers were crowned as state champions in their respective age divisions. Among all players in the field, Ruby Haylock was the lowest girl, shooting rounds of 74-78—152 (+6), while Eli Spaulding was the boys medalist with rounds of 66-75—141 (-3).

Round two was met with rain for most of the day, but that didn’t stop these talented young players from coming out and playing well in the difficult conditions. In all, seven players walked away with trophies for their play after two days of golf at Fairlawn.
