Membership/Player Rewards Card - Golf Deals
Individual membership in the Maine State Golf Association can be attained through on-line sign-up (see the link in the News section) or by downloading the membership form (Applications and Forms), printing it, filling it out and sending it back with a check. An added value for your MSGA Individual Membership is the Member Rewards Card, which confers rewards such as discounts at beautiful Maine golf courses.
In the best interest of promoting amateur golf in Maine, the Maine State Golf Association, Inc. has a fund to help reimburse expenses to players who qualify for USGA championships. Due to a change in the USGA Amateur Status regulations two years ago, all amateur players competing in championships are now eligible for reimbursement of certain expenses, including travel costs, meals and tournament costs.
The MSGA offers seminars in Rules of Golf, Rules of Handicapping, Etiquette and Care of the Golf Course and the Most Abused Rules in Golf. We will be happy to come to your club to teach your members or young golfer. Just give us a call at 846-3800 to schedule your educational seminar!

The MSGA cannot accomplish its mission without the help of volunteers, who are so important to our success, especially at tournament sites. Volunteer opportunties abound, whether at Junior events or major championships.
